- You enrolled in and paid for the course directly through the Australian School of Herbal Medicine website (asohm.com.au).
- You are making your claim within 14 calendar days of the date of your original purchase.
- You have accessed and completed at least the first three (3) lessons of the course, as recorded in your account history.
- You have not previously requested a refund on any ASOHM course.

Section 2
2. How to make a claim
To submit a refund request under this guarantee, you must:
- Contact ASOHM by email at hilde@asohm.com.au within the 14-day eligibility window.
- Use the subject line: Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Request — [Your Full Name].
- Include your order number or the email address used at the time of purchase.
Once your request is received, we will review your account to confirm eligibility (including lesson completion) and respond within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Section 3
3. Conditions under which the guarantee does not apply
This guarantee does not apply, and no refund will be issued, in any of the following circumstances:
- The claim is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, regardless of how much of the course has been accessed.
- The student has completed more than 30% of the total course lessons prior to submitting the claim. Access is tracked automatically through your student account.
- The student has downloaded any course materials, worksheets, reference guides, or supplementary resources that are provided as part of the course (where applicable).
- A refund has previously been issued to the same student, email address, payment method, or household for any ASOHM course.
- The course was purchased using a promotional or discounted price, a gift voucher, or as part of a bundled offer, unless the offer terms explicitly state that the satisfaction guarantee applies.
- The claim relates to technical issues that were reported to ASOHM and resolved, or that ASOHM was not given a reasonable opportunity to resolve before the refund request was made.
- The student enrolled in the course on behalf of a third party, or the account details do not match the original purchaser.
- ASOHM has reasonable grounds to believe the request is fraudulent, part of a pattern of abuse, or made in bad faith.
Section 4
4. Definition of “lesson completion”
For the purposes of this guarantee, a lesson is considered “completed” when it has been accessed and marked as complete within the course platform, either automatically (where the platform tracks progress) or manually by the student. ASOHM reserves the right to review platform access logs to verify completion status. Accessing a lesson for less than one (1) minute will not be treated as a completed lesson.
Section 5
5. Limit of liability
The maximum liability of ASOHM under this satisfaction guarantee is limited to the original purchase price paid for the specific course to which the claim relates. This guarantee does not apply to any other products, services, or courses offered by ASOHM.
Section 6
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). This satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Section 7
7. Changes to this policy
ASOHM reserves the right to modify or withdraw this satisfaction guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the date the updated policy is published. Purchases made before that date will be subject to the terms in place at the time of purchase.
